How to download Office 365 or 2019

To download Office 365 on your PC or Mac, follow the steps as given below:

For PC

  1. Go to www.office.com/setup.
  2. If you are not already signed in, click “Sign in” button.
  3. Note: if the Office has been bought for personal use through your company’s Microsoft HUP benefit, you will fail to sign in here. You will need to find the installation help at Install Office through HUP.
  4. Simply sign in with the account associated with the purchased version of Office. This account can be an MS Office account, or school, or work account.
  5. After signing in, from the Office homepage, you need to select “Install Office” option.
  6. Now, select Install, or Install Office option.
  7. This will begin the downloading process of Office product on your device.
  8. After the Office gets downloaded, see the installation process for PC.

For Mac

  1. Go to Office.com/setup.

To install Office 365 on your PC or Mac, follow the steps as given below:

For PC

  1. Depending on your browser, you have to tap Run (in Explorer Internet or Edge), Save File (in Firefox) or Setup (in Chrome).
  2. If you find the User Account Control prompt saying “Do you want to allow this app to make changes to your device?”, if yes, you need to select “Yes.”
  3. As soon as the setup is installed, you will see “You’re all set! Office is installed now.”

  4. Go through the Software license agreement and tap Continue again.
  5. Then select Agree to show your approval for terms of the software license agreement.
  6. Now, you just need to choose how you want to install Office, and then click Continue.
  7. Also, you need to check the disk space requirements, or else, you can change the location of installing the setup, and then click Install.
  8. Enter your Mac login password, if needed.
  9. After this, click Install Software.
